Terell Ward, our General Manager, brings over a decade and half of leadership experience from various industries with a focus on people development and team culture building. Terell believes in a Servant Leadership approach, convinced that true leadership is about earning a team’s respect through service, not by commanding what needs to be done. Terell has a strong passion to help his teams grow professionally and personally. Under his leadership his teams have performed as the best in class in their respective departments, conferences, and regions. Terell is confident that Donnelly’s is on its way to becoming a household name throughout the Northeast US because of its unmatched commitment to client satisfaction and the professional and personal development of its team. Outside of work he enjoys reading, exercising, and having a good laugh with family and friends.
