Jimmy did a nice job explaining all the issues with my furnaces. Stanley and his team put in a marathon day, installing 2 new furnaces in the basement and one new AC Unit outside - probably 3 guys here for 10 hours! They got it all done and it's working well.

Anthonie did a great job. He did a very thorough inspection of our home and made a number of suggestions for us to consider. We went with work in our bathroom which we were currently concerned with. Repairs were made correcting the toilet flushing issue we had. He also addressed a slow drain in our bathroom sink. He resolved both issues quickly to our satisfaction.

Replacing our gas heater was less stressful than we had anticipated. And my wife and I are glad we chose Donnelly's to complete this monster task. Everyone we dealt with were courteous and professional starting with John and Joseph and all the way to the two tech installers Tyler and Evan. Donnelly's services provided for my whole house generator were awesome. They replaced battery for my generator did maitenance service (Oil, filetr, and spark plugs replacements). Routine inspection found early mold growth and had them install an available uv light system to kill and prohibit future growth in the hvac discharge.

Had Donnellys out twice in two weeks. Once for a water heater flush and once for a valve making noise. Both times they came out quickly and did the work fast and well. They are great communicators and offer alot of reasonable prices for maintaining your home.

I just had to tell everyone about the experience I had with Donnelly’s and especially The best plumber in the world. I had a leak in my second bedroom overhang above the closet. Travis came to my house and put me at ease. He was so polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I showed him what the problem was. He looked at the room above it and the bathroom upstairs. He told me that he’d have to cut some of the drywall out to see where the problem was coming from and the price. After he found the problem he made me aware of the problem and told me exactly what he’d have to do to fix it. If I had questions, which I did, he explained very thoroughly to me so I’d understand completely. At every aspect he told me the price. He had me look at everything he was doing and where the problem was. After I agreed he got the parts and completed the fix , and of course showed me. Stayed to make sure nothing leaked anymore. I’ve never met anyone so knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, so proud of doing his job but mostly helping people. You can tell he loves what he does and he does it competently! We had Tom Gardner do our annual plumbing inspection. I feel sure that Donnelly’s has great plumbers and HVAC technicians, but we alway ask for Tom for any plumbing inspection or need. He is exceptionally skilled, honest, kind and very thorough. I always feel confident in any plumbing suggestion he might make for our home because my wife and I trust him completely.

My wife and I noticed the air coming out of our heating ducts was cool so we called the office Saturday morning. With a cold snap approaching we wanted to be sure our equipment was working.

Natajia (I think I got the spelling of her name right) took the call and although only two technicians were on duty on Saturday, managed to get us on the list for that afternoon. She was really great.

Justin Cooper came out, quickly diagnosed the issue (it was not a major one) and took care of the problem in about 15 minutes. We were very thankful and appreciative. Justin was very knowledgable, explaining in detail to my wife and me the problem and how he fixed it for us.

The heat was back on with no further issues.

We have had a service contract with Donnelly's for many years and we have recommended Donnelly's to our friends and colleagues without reservation.

Tom Gardner performed our annual plumbing check up and once again, we could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and so trustworthy.

My wife and I continue to be impressed with the service Donnelly's provides us for our HVAC and plumbing needs. We completely trust that any work recommended to be done as preventative maintenance actually needs to be performed.

Last week we called Donnelly Plumbing to check and replace a wax seal on our upstairs toilet. Ardacan arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon investigation, he discovered that a 65 year old cast iron sewage pipe was spalding and ready to crack and thus explode all over our finished basement!! Ardacan returned the next day with Nick, a new pipe and equipment and took care in opening up the wall and replacing the large pipe. Thank you! Your expertise averted a very messy and smelly catastrophe in our finished basement!!

Service provided was very efficient and heating system is good to go this winter... The Service Rep was prompt and completed the job fast providing guidence on how to get and install filters... Dylan provided exceptional professional service. Scheduled emergency visit for leaking water pressure gauge in our basement which he was able to repair w/in few hours. Since I was impressed, asked for his expertise on a serious hard water buildup on water heater - was able to schedule "next day" service to replace w/ tankless water heater + water softener! Would highly recommend!

Dylan provided professional service in flushing tank less water heater. Reminded tankless water heaters need maintenance checks every 1-2 yrs.

Dan Kritzer and his team did an excellent job. A frame install very professional. Refrigerant lines neatly run. Lines and electrical secured and tie- wrapped. Exits to outside neatly caulked. Dan and his team conducted themselves professionally during the entire install. Dan explained system operation thoroughly to myself and my wife.I highly recommend the Donnelly team.

James Gates was awesome. He’s very personable. He evaluated the HVAC system, showed me pictures in as he explained the issues that needed attention. He showed me pricing for the individual issues and discussed next steps. When he finished he showed me pictures of the areas cleaned. Nice job! He left my place clean.

April 2024 - I proactively replaced my furnace and A/C today, Jake and Jayson were wonderful, so quiet while doing their installation while I worked from home. They explained and showed me all the new equipment, walked me through the new thermostat and set my app up for me. They will file all my warranties and mail me the completed paperwork. I continue to be impressed with all of Donnelly’s employees and really appreciate how personable and knowledgeable they are.

Feb 2023- Donnelly’s was fantastic again in an emergency situation. My hot water heater sprung a leak overnight and Donnellys came out and replace the equipment in the morning . I asked them to check the sump pump as I hadn’t heard it run in a while and the motor was gone, they replace that as well. Joe was great, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Happy they are my service provider for HVAC and plumbing!

April 2022- Donnelly's has been a great service provider for my Hvac/heating and plumbing needs. All tech's are courteous and timely and provide a good overview of the service they provided. I really like that Donnelly's has already scheduled my annual plumbing and heating checkup for later in 2021, one less thing for me to remember to do and it's on my calendar!

Outstanding service as always. Pasha was friendly, professional and efficient. He conducted the annual heating check of my HVAC systems. As I kept him company for most of the time, Pasha explained what he was doing and gave me real time status updates. He answered all my questions and ensured that I was comfortable with everything he was doing. We also engaged in a pleasant conversation along the way.
At the end of his maintenance checks, he sat with me and went over everything, providing detailed explanations into all his findings and recommendations. Turns out everything was good this time.
I recommend Pasha highly and would love for him to come back out in the future.

As always Matt Feiller did an excellent job. He checked my heating system to make sure it is functioning properly for this winter season. This is a great relief as I do not want to worry whether I will have heat during the winter. I am very grateful that he is so meticulous in his work.

Luis did a fantastic job on repairing my boiler pump. He made sure everything was right and I understood what he did. He also cleaned my mini split, and it definitely works better and you can feel the difference.

Multi-unit heat pump installation - I am so thrilled with the installation of this state of the art cooling & heating equipment! The technicians were Jake Howerstein and David Martell. They are both expert craftsmen. They were so nice and kind and were also careful of my pets. Jake and David worked tirelessly around trees and shrubbery to install the outdoor unit. The wiring work is excellent too.
I have an older home without duct work, so central air was not an option. Donnelly's recommended heat pumps, which are a perfect solution. They installed two splits - an upstairs and a downstairs unit, so the entire house is comfortable. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Donnelly's and their superb and knowledgeable technicians.

Well informed throughput process for replacing HVAC and Hot Water Heater. Many Technicians arrived to complete install. There was a group which removed HVAC and Hot Water Heater and left with old parts. While another Team of 3 to 4 Technicians completed install. They were a fine tuned machine. Once install was completed they cleaned and reviewed how system worked.

Very pleased with whole process.

Good step by step diagnosis of a major break in sewage pipe and blokage. Several solutions. I didn't like the first solution from inside so went w alternative quote that worked out well. Job was accepted in evening and everything started to happen within an hour w PECO and permit. Crew was very professional and experts at their part of the job.
