    I’m pleased to report that James O’Donnell provided exceptional service in regards to his repairs to Nella Genuardi’s powder room sink. James is a true representative of Customer Service! He was polite, personable, and respectful. Nella appreciated the fact that James took his time to answer her questions and make reasonable recommendations for other possible repairs.
