Edit: April 2025 - removed 2 stars. Be your own advocate because Roger in Donnelly’s customer service will not help you. I called 6 times because their tech Brandon C pencil-whipped my annual HVAC inspection. My system is 7 years old and he decided bc “things looked in place, it should work fine” and didn’t bother to test my ac. I called to raise my concerns and was told Roger in customer service would follow up with me. No contact from Roger ever. Finally got them to send a new tech to repeat my inspection. Thankfully no serious issues were found but the combination of dismissive techs and lack of follow up from customer service is concerning.

Dan was terrific. We explained the problem and he took it from there. Excellent Service.

They were on time to replace my furnace, polite and professional, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in my utility room the way they had found it, for the most part. The overall cost is a bit high, but as it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty I guess that's ok, but I have to pay $20 a month in addition to maintain this. So...as I've said, a bit costly. I feel as if maybe I jumped the gun in replacing it, as there really wasn't anything wrong with old furnace except that it was old. But hopefully this will last me until I leave this earth. Evan & King did a great job today installing my new HVAC system. They were polite, courteous, and helpful to me in extra ways. When my furnace was installed and the new thermostat was put in, it didn't cover the old one completely leaving a spot that was obvious. I picked up a small can of paint and King took care of that for me today. It looks much better. It may need another coat after it's completely dry, but that can be done anytime. The cost reasonable , and they gave me a discount for paying in cash and Joe, the manager said now that I have both systems I no longer need to pay the $20 per month, & will now have, starting today, a 10 year free parts & labor warranty. The guys cleaned up after themselves just like last time. And Evan even helped me out with something personal. I have a paralyzed left arm, and I just received a coconut shell birdhouse in the mail that needed a hole drilled in the bottom. I saw he had a drill out, so I asked, and he was nice enough to do that for me. Overall am very happy with Donnelly's. Everything looks really good, and the job took just about as long as they said it would. 28 April 2025 Ok, just a quick update, as I've said, both King and Evan were very nice, polite, and professional on the day of the installation of my new HVAC system. I turned it on for the 1st time today, I'm amazed at how QUIET the compressor that's outside is!! My old one was so loud. Then again it was 27 years old!😂 The only thing I'm waiting on now is something, anything, in writing. I was told by Joseph Albert that since Donnelly's had put in my furnace last year, and were now putting in the HVAC system, I would no longer have to pay the $20 per month maintenance fee, and that I now have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Nice to HEAR, but I'd really, really like to see something in writing that confirms all of this. I wasn't even given a receipt after I paid the 1st $1,000.00 deposit in cash, or the remainder of $5,900.00, again, in cash. I'm used to getting a receipt once I pay for something. I got a yellow slip of paper just saying all the work had been done. So THAT is my only issue. I want written confirmation of what was discussed & a receipt that I paid.

Donnelly responded within 2 hours of me calling in the late morning hours. They quickly repaired my leak installed a new shutoff valve so that I won’t experience a leak again. Thanks to Daniel who did the quick repair.

Technician always give you a clear picture of what’s going on and your options. Nick Romanski managed our issues throughly. He explained the issues and remedies to fix them. We didn’t feel pressured to do anything. We did do one of the problems and the other they said to watch.

Donnelly's has extremely good customer service and very professional. Came out in a timely manner despite having extreme volume of emergencies. Tech was very nice, personal, and professional. He was in my attic for 3+ hours trying to fix the problem in extreme heat and humidity before he determined it need to be fully replaced. Despite bad news about my AC unit I was very happy with the company so far. Will be using them to replace my AC for sure. I would recommend to anyone that has hvac needs.

Domingo was an excellent technician. He took the time to show me where on our AC unit the condenser was located, what we could expect as far as ware and when we should replace it. He explained all of equipment replacement needs in the near future and expected costs. He was courteous, kind and professional and I would recommend him.

Nick started up our AC system to perform an annual check and immediately recognized a recurring problem with a contactor in the proximity of the furnace heating vent. He took the initiative to replace the contactor as a temporary measure but is also investigating options with his manager to fix the vent issue. This is a fine example of someone diagnosing a problem to the root cause and coming up with a fix that will permanently fix the problem- thank you Nick- great job!

Tom was deployed quickly to manage a burst pipe. He quickly assessed the issue, showed evidence and made an appropriate recommendation. He also improved the positioning of the replacement to avoid future issues. Very pleased with the service.

Brandon did an amazing job and was so quick, responsive, and professional. He informed us that we had biological growth in our upstairs HVAC system (it sure looked like mold to me) and he discovered that my moms in law suite did not have a filter on the split system that was installed during our garage to in law suite conversion. He gave us options and I discussed pricing with my husband. Brandon came back to our home the same day and he installed 2 UV light systems on both our upstairs and downstairs unit and he put a filter on my mothers split system. We were so impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and quality of work. Great experience!

We had an amazing experience with Donnellys!! We called Donnellys becuase we had a pretty negative experience with another company and were searching for a new company to do business with. Shane who came out to do yearly maintenance to our HVAC system, he was very honest about the (very bad) condition of our upstairs system including a potentially dangerous code violation. (We always thought our downstairs system was the one to worry about.) He was professional and honest and it is because of our interaction with Shane we chose to go with Donnellys for the replacement of our upstairs system. When David came out he was awesome as well. He spent so much time looking at our situation and gave us a few options. We knew it was going to be a big and expensive job, but with a 4 month old baby...it needed to be done. He explained the financing to us and we were approved literally an hour after we applied. We loved our interaction with David. We cannot even begin to put into words how incredible Travis and his team were during the 3 days they were here doing the job. They were so friendly, punctual, polite, and professional. They were so sweet with my 4 month old daughter and were great with our very anxious dog. They kept our home as clean as possible considering the huge, messy job we had going on here. Travis always explained what had been done and what needed to be done the next day. He always asked if I had any questions and never seemed annoyed with my questions to him. I thought it was so thoughtful that they worked so hard to at least have heat in the master bedroom so my husband, myself, and our baby were warm during the cold nights this week. Travis explained the entire system to me upon completion of the project and I fully understand how our system works. We honestly cannot say enough about how great Travis was. It was truly a pleasure having him and his team here. We are so thankful that we found Donnellys and are so impressed with them and their service.

He extended a sewage clean out pipe, and promptly arranged for a serviceman from Donnellys sewage department to come out the same day to check on a different issue with the pipe. As he did when he performed my plumbing maintenance a few months ago, he explained everything, answered all my questions, had a professional and pleasant manner, and was so great to work with! 11/24/24 Bobby hydro jetted a pipe and cleaned it out successfully. He was professional, nice, explained everything, answered all my questions, and promptly arranged for another serviceman to come out the next day to take video pictures of the pipe! 11/24/24 Mike checked the condition of my pipe with video, was pleasant, professional, explained everything , and answered all my questions. The whole process of dealing with this sewage pipe issue was made seamless for me from start to finish because of Joseph, Bobby, and Mike! 11/11/24 Caleb replaced a hose bib and explained everything he was doing. He was a pleasure to work with and did a great job! 11/3/24 Nick did a great job. 8/8/2024 Joseph did a routine plumbing check, flushed my water heater, and located my sewage clean out that was hidden by grass. Duane did a great job for us as everyone at Donnelly has. Two of our ministers needed more thorough cleaning and he handled it quickly and thoroughly. I really like dealing with Donnelly! They showed up the same day and fixed everything quickly.

Several of your employees were involved in am extensive project in my back yard... extensive sump pump drainage system had to be replaced. All of these young men were fantastic. Very hard workers, polite, informative, courteous, kept us informed of progress. I also noticed that they often had a smile on their face while working and speaking to each other. They had great camaraderie as a team.

Travis did a great job. He was polite, knew what he was doing, and performed the job of replacing my pressure reducing valve quickly and efficiently. Price was a little on the high side, but not outrageous and the monthly service plan was a great price, which gave me a 15% discount on the work, making it a generally good deal in the end.

Donnelly's has always given me excellent customer service. This was highlighted recently when our HVAC system completely failed on a Friday night. I called them on Saturday morning and a technician (Justin Henry)was in our home within 2 hours. Justin diagnosed the problem and the repair procedure within a few minutes. Justin was prompt, capable and friendly. I am grateful for his expertise.

Winter checkup Donnelly have been out to replace my water heater do the annual checkup on the furnace and air conditioner mat and James and the servicemen that have come to my house have been very very good polite professional and gave me A1 plus service. We had our annual AC system check. Nick was awesome. He was on time, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. The check up went well and we elected to get our outside unit cleaned. Nick made some add'l suggestions for preventive measures going forward and prioritized them for us to think about for the next season.

Dylan and the crew were exemplary. Dylan constantly kept us apprised of the work being done. He also diligently worked to solve the leakiing water that flowed into the basement- it took 20 bath size towels and almost two hours for us to clean up the water that accrued from a leaking pipe seal that did not close because the seal could not adequately bond and dry out. The work done by the crew represents why we have confidence in your company. Take some money out of petty cash and treat this crew and their family to dinner at the closest family restaurant. It was three days of nasty brutal weather.

Robert from Donnelly’s came to do a seasonal check on our air conditioning system and he was so nice and explained everything and told us things other hvac companies didn’t . I will be requesting him every time !

We were having a water pressure issue. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Maryann. She very pleasant to speak with and incredibly helpful. The technician, Nick Romanowski came out the next morning. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything well making it clear to me what the problem was. A very nice guy who listened to questions and gave honest answers and opinions. Also, no hard sell on things which I greatly appreciate!

Justin explained reason why my furnace stopped working which totally made sense. He is a very nice young man!

Today's experience with Donnelly's was outstanding, and I especially want to recognize my technician, Robert. From the moment he arrived, Robert demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and expertise. I inherited an older HVAC system when I bought my house just over a year ago, so I'm aware it requires regular servicing and will eventually need replacement. Robert took the time to explain everything clearly and offered valuable insights into my system's current state. What stood out most was how Robert communicated about the future without any high-pressure sales tactics. He was candid about the needs of my aging system and explained how Donnelly’s process works when the time comes to invest in a new one. I really appreciated the honest, informative conversation we had at the end of his visit. Robert's service was top-notch, and I’m grateful for his knowledge and guidance.
