Duane repaired our ac unit on 7/11/2025. His repair followed his initial service where he identified problems and ordered the needed parts to repair our ac unit. The parts arrived on a Thursday afternoon and he was at our house early Friday morning installing the new parts. Duane is an outstanding service tech from Donnelly and he is knowledgeable and efficient. I give Duane 5 stars. Vince Sobocinski

09-JUL-2025 Oscar Sosa Salinas, our service tech, was dispatched for our shifting toilet that leaked water onto our bathroom floor as well as down into our basement. Bottom line, we decided to to have the entire toilet removed and a new one installed. Oscar gave us options to go buy one ourselves (1 yr store warranty) and he'd install it - or, he'd buy one through their supplier with a 3 or warranty and he'd install it. For us, that 2nd choice was well worth the expenditure. Oscar was very professional in his approach to our needs. Thanks so much, Oscar!

Jason did an excellent job of repairing my split AC units. I like that he was the same person that I had met when he came out to do the general servicing of my AC unit. I felt he was very thorough and took his time in getting everything completed and assuring that everything was working correctly

I have a sink in a below ground basement. I needed to replace the pump that removes water from the sink and pumps it up and out. both my dehumidifier and A/C uses this sink for the water it generates. I read several reviews on Donnelly's and called them. I was able to have a new pump installed. The technician was able to show me that the motor on my pump was failing. He also inspected all the water lines in the basement, and the water pressure. Given the amount and care he gave to my water system and to the installation of a new pump, the price was fair. The work was done professionally. I am very pleased.
