    This was our first time with Donnelly’s. They were wonderful. The scheduling was easy and they came in the time frame they said they would. We received a text from our specialist Joseph Fleming (with a picture of him so we know who was responding) letting us know he was on his way. Ours was just a routine maintenance to make sure everything worked OK. He suggested a part for our equipment to work more efficiently. He was respectful and booted up before coming in the house. He did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. We are highly pleased and glad we went with Donnelly’s for our homes HVAC needs.
