We are so happy we started with Donnelly's in 2019 after issues with a soaked basement due to hot water heater and then a brand new sump pump failure 3 weeks later. We could not stay with the previous company. Donnelly's workers are very skilled, thorough and professional, explaining everything and giving great advice on what is best. We had Shane come a couple days ago to fix a leak with our heating unit and Ed today for spring maintenance. They both did an excellent job!!! I'm also very thankful for the contract we have with Donelly's, it does save us money.

Tom did a superb job. I had so many plumbers that did not want to touch the wall hung toilet. It had a couple issues of being outdated and hooking the plumbing to the back of the toilet. Tom did a perfect job. Very pleased with everything. Good job

It's a frightening experience when a Heating/Cooling system needs to be replaced. Toilets are flushing. Shower is flowing. Fortunately Donnelly Plumbing and HVAC have knowledge, experienced and compassionate employees. Thank you for your expeditious service. Toilet replaced today, 07/07/25

Brandon was excellent. Took pictures and videos of before and after. Showed me the before and after numbers. Extremely professional in every way. Explained everything in a logical and easy way to understand.. Donnelly installed my unit almost 5 years ago and it just needed some normal wear and tear maintenance. Would highly recommend Brandon and Donnelly.

Wade was so great at working the numbers to fit into my budget so that the replacement would happen before the winter arrive.
