I had Donnelly's install a new furnace 1-2 year’s ago and they did a quality job. They reached out recently and offered a service on my AC before the summer. So I had them come out and a very nice young man did the inspection. He said the refrigerant level was ok, but looked like the outside unit needed cleaning. I declined, as I am a retired HVAC professional, and took a look after he left. He was right, so I took it all apart (a dirty job) and not only was it real dirty, but the bottom 2 inches was covered in mulch. I need to thank them for pointing this out, as I am not as proactive as I used to be, getting up in age. Can't say enough about the quality of their employees, their professionalism and their work.

Professional, polite and clean. This was the best experience I've had in a long time with a AC company. Really Appreciated the loaner unit for the bedroom, no one else offered that.
