    October 30, 2025 Joe Fletcher performed our annual heating system check and my wife and I were very pleased and impressed with this young man. He was very personable and thorough and we continue to be very happy Donnelly customers. This is a first-rate company. August 19, 2025 We requested Tom Gardner to help us solve a loss of water pressure issue that had the potential to become a serious. When he arrived he quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem and offered an affordable solution that eliminated the problem. We have found Donnelly’s to be a company you can trust and we continue to be very happy customers. ******************* June, 24. 2025 We had Domingo Clendaniel do our annual AC checkup and as he has done in the past, provided us with excellent service. We are very pleased with the service provided to us by Donnelly’s. Domingo is a credit to the company, providing us with 5-star service that we completely trust. ************************* June 11, 2025 We had Tom Gardner do our annual plumbing inspection. I feel sure that Donnelly’s has great plumbers and HVAC technicians, but we alway ask for Tom for any plumbing inspection or need. He is exceptionally skilled, honest, kind and very thorough. I always feel confident in any plumbing suggestion he might make for our home because my wife and I trust him completely. Donnelly’s continues to provide us with five-star service for our plumbing and HVAC needs. We continue to be very pleased with the service provided to us. ************************* January 18, 2025 My wife and I noticed the air coming out of our heating ducts was cool so we called the office Saturday morning. With a cold snap approaching we wanted to be sure our equipment was working. Natajia (I think I got the spelling of her name right) took the call and although only two technicians were on duty on Saturday, managed to get us on the list for that afternoon. She was really great. Justin Cooper came out, quickly diagnosed the issue (it was not a major one) and took care of the problem in about 15 minutes. We were very thankful and appreciative. Justin was very knowledgable, explaining in detail to my wife and me the problem and how he fixed it for us. The heat was back on with no further issues. We have had a service contract with Donnelly's for many years and we have recommended Donnelly's to our friends and colleagues without reservation. September 17, 2024 Domingo Clendaniel serviced our heating system to get the house ready for the winter and once again, we could not be more pleased with the services he provided. We continue to be impressed with the services Donnelly's provides us for our HVAC needs. This is a great company! ******************************************************* July 8, 2024: Tom Gardner performed our annual plumbing check up and once again, we could not be more pleased with the service he provided.
