Oscar Sosa Salinas, our service tech, was dispatched for our shifting toilet that leaked water onto our bathroom floor as well as down into our basement. Bottom line, we decided to to have the entire toilet removed and a new one installed. Oscar gave us options to go buy one ourselves (1 yr store warranty) and he'd install it - or, he'd buy one through their supplier with a 3 or warranty and he'd install it. For us, that 2nd choice was well worth the expenditure. Oscar was very professional in his approach to our needs. Thanks so much, Oscar!
