    They were on time to replace my furnace, polite and professional, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in my utility room the way they had found it, for the most part. The overall cost is a bit high, but as it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty I guess that's ok, but I have to pay $20 a month in addition to maintain this. So...as I've said, a bit costly. I feel as if maybe I jumped the gun in replacing it, as there really wasn't anything wrong with old furnace except that it was old. But hopefully this will last me until I leave this earth. Evan & King did a great job today installing my new HVAC system. They were polite, courteous, and helpful to me in extra ways. When my furnace was installed and the new thermostat was put in, it didn't cover the old one completely leaving a spot that was obvious. I picked up a small can of paint and King took care of that for me today. It looks much better. It may need another coat after it's completely dry, but that can be done anytime. The cost reasonable , and they gave me a discount for paying in cash and Joe, the manager said now that I have both systems I no longer need to pay the $20 per month, & will now have, starting today, a 10 year free parts & labor warranty. The guys cleaned up after themselves just like last time. And Evan even helped me out with something personal. I have a paralyzed left arm, and I just received a coconut shell birdhouse in the mail that needed a hole drilled in the bottom. I saw he had a drill out, so I asked, and he was nice enough to do that for me. Overall am very happy with Donnelly's. Everything looks really good, and the job took just about as long as they said it would. 28 April 2025 Ok, just a quick update, as I've said, both King and Evan were very nice, polite, and professional on the day of the installation of my new HVAC system. I turned it on for the 1st time today, I'm amazed at how QUIET the compressor that's outside is!! My old one was so loud. Then again it was 27 years old!😂 The only thing I'm waiting on now is something, anything, in writing. I was told by Joseph Albert that since Donnelly's had put in my furnace last year, and were now putting in the HVAC system, I would no longer have to pay the $20 per month maintenance fee, and that I now have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Nice to HEAR, but I'd really, really like to see something in writing that confirms all of this. I wasn't even given a receipt after I paid the 1st $1,000.00 deposit in cash, or the remainder of $5,900.00, again, in cash. I'm used to getting a receipt once I pay for something. I got a yellow slip of paper just saying all the work had been done. So THAT is my only issue. I want written confirmation of what was discussed & a receipt that I paid.

    Donnelly responded within 2 hours of me calling in the late morning hours. They quickly repaired my leak installed a new shutoff valve so that I won’t experience a leak again. Thanks to Daniel who did the quick repair.
