Most recently we had Nafeese and his positive energy and can-do attitude were much appreciated! He never made us feel rushed and was incredibly patient about explaining thermodynamics to a non-engineer! I would absolutely recommend asking for him!

    Our hot water heater died and within two hours, Derek from Donnelly’s was there to help see where the leak was and gave us multiple options to choose a new one. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced. Derek did a great job explaining everything, he was kind, courteous and left my house in a wonderful condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
