    Sebastian Bernier was on time, professional, knowledgeable and answered our questions and concerns. He worked very neatly & clean, and offered us optional payment plans that were very good. He was at our home to replace a Water Softening System, took all of the components of the old one with him. A very competent & polite young man. All of the folks that I have dealt with from Donnelly’s have been great ! Whether it’s people answering calls or coming to do the job at hand, all excellent !!
