Donnelly’s service repair man analyzed the hot water heater and discussed options and the associated expenses with each option. I decided on the replacement of the hot water heater. The selected hot water heater was delivered and was installed and checked out within a reasonable amount of time. I was extremely pleased with the installation and through discussion I had with the service personnel.

Like many DIY plumbing projects, I needed a professional to save me from myself. A busted pipe led me to call Donnellys for some immediate help. I had called two other “same day “services that were both unavailable until the following day. Nick Lenzi from Donnelly’s was out there within two hours and turned what could’ve been a catastrophic issue into a very simple solution that saved both time and money. I was more than pleased with his work, and his professionalism.

Easy 5 Stars. Had water dripping through kitchen ceiling. Tried multiple contractors who were unsuccessful with the fix, and long waits to schedule service. Tried Donnelly’s and they came out the next day. Tom was awesome! He found the cause for the leak very quickly. He clearly explained the issues and possible solutions. Job was fixed in one afternoon. Called Donnelly's over the weekend for an unexpected toilet repair! I also requested that if the Tech could provide estimates for a few other proactive Plumbing concerns. Donnellys had a Tech out first thing Monday Morning. Travis Besh arrived and was shown the initial toilet issue and we then inspected my other concerns I wanted estimates on. Gas Hot Water Heater, Sump Pump, leaking outside water Faucet and several old shut off valves, which all were on borrowed time! Travis was very Knowledgeable and explained in detail his recommendations on these issue's. We Prioritized what he could complete today and what could wait until a future call. We then discussed the cost of the four main projects that Travis could complete on this Visit. I will admit, I felt the cost was somewhat higher than expected, but felt these were issues that needed to be resolved sooner than later! I also felt that we had a Tech that was very knowledgeable and we were very comfortable with Travis doing the work! We decided on the Initial Toilet Repair, Replace the Gas Hot Water Heater, Sump Pump Replacement And Replace the Outside Leaking Water Faucet along with its own inside Ball Shutoff Valve! At this time Travis laid out his plan and timeline to us and ran for some needed parts. He Returned very quickly and went to work! I must say, Travis was not only knowledgeable, but a True Craftsman and kept us in the loop throughout the entire project! Travis not only kept to his timeline of completing all of these projects himself, he was very respectful of our home moving the old Hot water heater out and new one in and the numerous trips in and out to his truck and back yard to replace the Outside Faucet, Very Impressive!! Travis Finished within his time line and reviewed with us Everything thing he did. A Very Professional Job on All and Amazing that it was All Completed in one day by One Tech!! Travis is Truly an Asset to Donnelly's Plumbing & HVAC Final Thoughts! Yes, I feel the Pricing was a Little High, But Sometimes you need to pay a little more for Quality, and We Got What We Paid For and Couldn't be More Satisfied!! Thank You Travis and Donnelly's !!!

Sebastian Bernier arrived from Donnelly to fix a small leak under my kitchen sink. At that time we discussed evaluating the shut off valve for my main water line. This home is almost 80 years old and what we had previously thought was the shut off for my main water supply was wrong! Sebastian went into my crawl space and figured out where the true main line originated. Today he installed new piping with a lever shut off easily accessible on the main level of the house. He also fixed a slight leak in the crawl space from a badly corroded pipe. I can now rest knowing my main has a lever in these freezing cold days! I highly recommend and thank Sebastian for his thorough and excellent work and attention to detail.

Khalij Whitaker came to do a regular check up service on our gas heating system. After spending time checking all parts of the system, he spent a good deal of time explaining his findings (which were good) and answering our many questions. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Five Stars. I recently had a sewer lateral repaired/replaced. From the start, Mike explained the process. He was also more than willing to help with the insurance claim and answer any questions along the way. Joe and his team did a commendable job. They worked long hours, with temperatures in the teens, leaving the site as they found it. Both Joe and Rob each provided details about the reason for the problem and asked if I had any additional questions. The entire team was professional and accommodating. Great job everyone.

REVIEW FOR Duane Reddie and Robert On Jan. 27, we discovered there was no heat upstairs and the thermostat showed no data whatsoever. My wife's office is on that floor and really cold. We called Donnelly and Duane Reddie came a short time later to evaluate the situation. He quickly determined that the uV lights had "fried" the lines leading to the main furnace circuit board. Duane showed me some of the lines which were all discolored, brittle and falling apart. He said that the circuit board needed to be replaced and new lines strung to the thermostat. He said he would be back the next day with the necessary supplies. Before he left, he brought in a safe heat space heater for my wife's office. Very considerate! On Jan.28, Duane returned with the appropriate supplies and was joined by Robert to help speed up stringing the lines. After about 2 hours the job was complete and everything was operating OK. Duane is endowed with a sharp mind and is able to diagnose issues quickly. He also has a very outgoing personality and a wonderful sense of appropriate humor! Please send Duane again for future HVAC needs! I would give him a rating of 11 out of 10!! And thanks to Donnelly for being able to respond so quickly in this bitter cold weather. Clark Carpenter

I was able to locate Donnellys to service my split unit. This was a lot harder to do than expected due to the complexity of the split units. This is Jim Bridgewater and Jim O'Donnell was here today to check on a sewage back up causing us not to be able to drain any sink or flush any toilet. We noticed the issue this morning, and Jim was here by 10:00 am. Jim immediately investigated the issue and determined what needed to be done, and got it all fixed prior to the impending winter storm. Jim was able to clear out a clog in our sewer line 50 ft. outside our house and get everything working again. Jim was VERY knowledgeable and personable and kept me informed about the cause and solution needed throughout the whole process. He also set up an appointment for Donnelly to come out and do a sewer line video inspection to ensure there aren't longer range issues with our aging sewage lines. Well Done Jim, and Donnelly's as a whole. I won't call any other plumber.

We had a gas leak, panicked and called Donnelly. They said there would be someone out between noon and four. The came right away! They were completely honest with what was wrong and fixed it on the spot! Even drive an hour each way to get the part that was needed!!! Recommend 100%

Very impressed. Bobby try to unclog my drain multiple ways but it wouldn't unclog. Rather than push me toward the more expensive solution he suggested an alternative and if that doesn't work he gave me a quote for having to cut pipes,etc. Very impressed that he's trying to save money. Caleb came to complete an annual plumbing checkup. He was early and started work immediately. He began with a whole-house inspection of the plumbing system. There were a couple of issues and he explained them in detail-along with estimated costs. I decided to have him complete one issue that probably happened when my home was built and I just lived with, but why? So now it's fixed and secure. Caleb was very respectful of my home and explained everything to me. I have the Annual Protection Plan with Donnelly's and I appreciate that security.

Contacted Donnelly's and two Techs (Jim and Daniel) came out the same day for different issues. The customer rep that took my call was kind and courteous. Both Techs were kind, courteous, and professional. One Tech cleared out a sink drain and the other repaired a leak and replaced shut off valves. They each left the area neat and clean. Tom did an excellent job on installing an electric monitor near my washing machine to alert me of a possible leak, but also will turn off the water to prevent further damage. Oscar was very pleasant to talk to and, more importantly, he spent time making sure everything was hooked up right and the appliances were working properly. We had some water issues in our basement near the sump pump so I contacted Donnelly’s who is my go-to. Nick Lenzi arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and explained the issue for a layman like me, and identified a menu of options, mindful of my wallet but also of the long term maintenance needs for our home. Once we landed on the repair plan, Nick began executing what needed to be done quickly and efficiently all while explaining what he was doing along the way. In addition to the quality craftsmanship, Nick was a pleasure to have in my home with easy casual conversation while also being mindful of our property and my time while working from home. I would gladly welcome Nick back for future plumbing projects.

When on the job, he's very quick, neat and informs you of everything every step of the way. He even saved me from an appliance repairman visit because he was right, my high water pressure was causing the problem with my water dispenser in my refrigerator! I own half a double, we were grandfathered in with a shared lateral. My basement flooded with sewage back in September, we found the whole lateral needs to be replaced. The township did the ran a sewer extension to allow connections. However the landlord of the other side has been dragging his feet, because thats how he is anything that he needs to fix or repair is months long, his gutter fell off the week before Easter, he fix it till July. Donelllys has been amazing in helping keep the sewage out of my basement until the slumlord next door gets his lateral detached. If he doesn't do it by December 26th the water gets shut off

I had no problem with the tech, he did good work, my problem is that I had a window of 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the tech did not show up until 5:00 p.m. periodic updates would have been appreciated, I had to cancel plans I had for 6pm because of this inconvenience.

Great Experience! It’s hard to say things like that when you are looking at a major repair so close to the holidays. Derrik was awesome! He immediately gave us confidence in him. He is experienced, thorough, and took the time to explain everything as he went along from start to finish. Will recommend Donnelly to anyone that needs plumbing repair for sure. They do HVAC work and I would recommend them for that because I am sure that ALL of their technicians are almost as thorough as Derrik. Thank you guys
