We are so happy we started with Donnelly's in 2019 after issues with a soaked basement due to hot water heater and then a brand new sump pump failure 3 weeks later. We could not stay with the previous company. Donnelly's workers are very skilled, thorough and professional, explaining everything and giving great advice on what is best. We had Shane come a couple days ago to fix a leak with our heating unit and Ed today for spring maintenance. They both did an excellent job!!! I'm also very thankful for the contract we have with Donelly's, it does save us money.

Tom did a superb job. I had so many plumbers that did not want to touch the wall hung toilet. It had a couple issues of being outdated and hooking the plumbing to the back of the toilet. Tom did a perfect job. Very pleased with everything. Good job

This is Joe’s second time responding to our plumbing needs. First was the install of a beautifully functional slop sink in the basement. Second was an emergency call for a sewage leak. Both instances Joe quickly assessed the issue at hand, formulated a plan with an accurate quote and finished the job within hours by himself! Joe is a talented young plumber and a true professional. Every job he has worked on for us was finished quickly, accurately, and cleanly.

Everyone I interacted with were personable and friendly. We had to have our water heater replaced in an emergency, and the tech was able to come out the same day to evaluate and give a price. It was too late in the day to have it replaced then, but he was out the next day and installation only took about 3 hours. He also added a pressure regulator to the main line since our pressure was too high due to township pipe upgrades. We did encounter an issue with the new heater, as it wasn't producing any hot water. The tech came right back to investgate the issue and discovered it was caused by a fault in one of the breaker boxes for our backup power generator. Even though it wasn't technically his responsibility, the tech was able to bypass the box so we could get power to the heater. Would definitely recommend Donnelly's for all your plumbing needs, and they will be the first we call when we need a plumber again.

My technician today was Sebastian Bernier. Sebastian was prompt, thorough with the plumbing check up, very professional, friendly, went over prices, and he even had tlme to install the kitchen faucet. I definitely feel Sebastian deserves more than 5 stars.

Connelly’s responded to my call immediately! Scheduled for next day, a Saturday on holiday weekend and no additional charges. Caleb called 2 hours early and he arrived within 30 minutes as promised. The toilet flange was there since 1958 and not reusable. Caleb worked diligently to get the old iron pipe ready for a new flange and completed the job and cleaned up the floor and sink area. 5 Star job 👍

Brandon did an excellent job inspecting all of our heating elements, cleaned our burners and replaced the inducer, a $2,100 part, under warranty at no cost to use. Everything else checked out great with pictures and recommendations.

Suggested we leave the fan on during the heat wave but did not detect humidity in the house! His suggestion seems to have worked! The message has not appeared since he turned the fan on. She was really great. Justin Cooper came out, quickly diagnosed the issue (it was not a major one) and took care of the problem in about 15 minutes. We were very thankful and appreciative. Had an issue with my powder room toilet running much longer, post-flush, then usual. I’m a dope when it comes to plumbing, so instead of trying to Macgyver something I called Donnelly’s (of whom I’m a member of their Comfort Protection Plan) and they coordinated a visit later that same day. Tom dropped by & worked his magic, then reminded us that as part of the aforementioned plan/membership we were due a complimentary/annual whole home plumbing inspection that was approaching one year since previously having been fulfilled. Tom did his due diligence and helped us resolve a long standing issue in our laundry room for a great price. Grateful for Tom & this 3+ year partnership with Donnelly’s that never disappoints

Daniel had to come back to reverse the cartridge in our tub because the hot & cold water was reversed. Also, when he put in the new tub drain, he didn't clean the rust underneath (or tell me about it so I could clean it). We now have a ring of rust that I have been trying to remove. I also had to clean the tub afterwards because he left it dirty.

We've been having issues off and on for the past year and George was able to figure out what it is and it's running smoothly. As a feature of my Comfort Protection Plan, I just received a free plumbing inspection. Tom inspected all plumbing and made recommendations that were really helpful. He quickly replaced a flush valve flapper and the cost was really reasonable. I had a few questions, and he provided detailed answers. I am so pleased with the service I have received from Donnelly’s. Duane and Matt for ac and now Tom for plumbing—all great! Also, everyone in the office is helpful, too!

Even though it took a couple of weird turns to get to a straightforward result (a shut-off valve installed on an existing 25-year-old copper line to the fridge) Nick didn't blink an eye. He took care of everything while I was doing my own work, and wrapped up way sooner than I'd hoped. And I had only placed a call that morning!

We had Donnelly come out to repair our clogged 2nd kitchen faucet which was done. I should have had him replace the faucet instead. Someone came out today to replace the faucet. Good company, competent staff, great at keeping customer informed. I’m glad I called them. Once again we needed Donnelly to install a new garbage disposal after our dishwasher died too. It’s the ten year life span.

I can’t say enough good things about Donnelly’s! We called them to say that our very old AC system had finally given out. They had someone come to our house within an hour to check everything out and go over our options for installing a new system. The new system was installed two days later and has been great so far. This visit was to replace a leaky hose bib and get information on water quality and house water filtration/water softeners. The hose bib could not be replaced due to thunderstorms. Jack and Oz came to our home to install a new a/c and heat pump. Both were professional and courteous. During the install as well as did a few extra items to ensure all was ok once the unit was running. Anytime I had questions they were both available to answer. You made me have this person out to my house for 79$ when I had told you I didn't need that and knew the part I needed. He got here and said I had to order the part and pick it up then call you for install for $179 minimum. There was no value in the visit. When I get the part which should be before 8/5 I can still use you for the labor install but if so I would like a credit for the 79$ visit from today. It was of no value when l had to find the part for him at a local place to order t he part for him so i could pick it up. At that point I could have done it myself. I did the work.

I had an AC unit and furnace replaced. The whole process was seamless. Every employee that I interacted with was friendly, courteous and professional. Stanley and Joe were fabulous! July 2035 - Justin Henry came out to perform an AC inspection. He was on-time, courteous, and thorough. I now know about possible upgrades I can add to my systems but also that my AC is good condition. Holding at 4 stars. March 2025: Joseph Garber came out for a plumbing inspection which is a covered service for the $20/monthly fee I pay. He was professional, personable, punctual and just nice. All of their service reps should have some of the “P”s listed above. Adjusted my review rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Jan 2025: Horrible experience with the last service visit by Kevin McCullogh. He arrived without a service appointment while I was at work but my son was at home. My son let him in to do the work when he couldn’t reach me at work. The service was done well but it was an hot mess with the payment. I had to call the main office from work to make arrangements. All of this made my son late for his college class because none of it was planned. Not the experience I am used to. Disappointed and I am doubting using them for another service I was considering.

Very helpful with explaining what he did

Duane was fantastic. Very professional and very polite and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us options for repair. The repair was quickly and properly made to include checking all temps from supply and return vents. Very happy that we called them and they were here within the hour.

Justin did a great job for us as everyone at Donnelly has. Our mini-split drain was clogged which he diagnosed in minutes and had fixed in another 15 min. He even did a second mini-split on the same outside unit. I really like dealing with Donnelly! They showed up the same day and fixed everything quickly.

7/2025: Donnellys came quickly to see our leaking faucet. Worked with us to get a better quote for our repairs. Derrick is always helpful. original: Had a major puddle in our basement and we could not figure out where the water was coming from, unsure whether it was HVAC or Water heater. called Donnelly’s and they were willing to send someone right away. Brian was very professional and found the leak was in fact the water heater. Tank was busted and so we had to replace the whole thing. Fair price and he had the equipment all there already in his car so within 2 hours he had removed the broken WH, cleaned the puddle, and replaced with a new one.

Called them early morning for possible appt and they had someone at our home at 9:30 AM. Brandon was our technician and did a great job explaining and fixing what was wrong with the AC unit. Really great service and would highly recommend!

Appointment scheduling was easy and the team was on time. Jake, who installed our heating and air conditioning unit was excellent. We had an outside water faucet replaced. Caleb, the technician, did a great job. He offered options for the replaced fixture and even got the stuck hose off the original faucet. Caleb was very knowledgeable , courteous, and professional. The whole job went very well and we are very pleased.

Tom G was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient in dealing with us. The fact that he has 25 years experience in the plumbing trade was comforting when making a decision on a new water heater. During installation he found a faulty presure valve and was able to install immediately. Knowing that someone of his caliber was taking care of these two issues put me at ease since my basement is fully finished and either one of these could have cost us thousands in repair and restoration. He wore the booties and put down floor covering and was extremely neat and clean and came equipped with all materials and tools to complete the job efficiently. As my wife would say,"we now have a plumbing guy".

Our plumber, Caleb, showed up 12 hours after we first requested a plumber, he was very competent, extremely polite, fixed our leaking pipe, Installer dishwasher help me swap out the old one, and install brand new guts on one of our toilets. The guy was fast. It was all done in a matter of two hours! The price was reasonable thank you Caleb and thank you, Donnelly’s. Don’t lose Caleb the man is a credit to your team. Come review time, keep him happy: You don’t want to lose Caleb to a competitor! The man is worth his weight in gold! If we ever need another plumbing service, we want Caleb, so don’t let him get off your staff as we may need him again sometime!

Oscar gave us options to go buy one ourselves (1 yr store warranty) and he'd install it - or, he'd buy one through their supplier with a 3 or warranty and he'd install it. For us, that 2nd choice was well worth the expenditure. Oscar was very professional in his approach to our needs. Thanks so much, Oscar!

I have a sink in a below ground basement. I needed to replace the pump that removes water from the sink and pumps it up and out. both my dehumidifier and A/C uses this sink for the water it generates. I read several reviews on Donnelly's and called them. I was able to have a new pump installed. The technician was able to show me that the motor on my pump was failing. He also inspected all the water lines in the basement, and the water pressure. Given the amount and care he gave to my water system and to the installation of a new pump, the price was fair. The work was done professionally. I am very pleased.

Khalij came today to do my annual air conditioning checkup. He arrived early and got to work right away. Khalij checked the entire unit inside, the outside unit and thermostat. He reported that everything is working properly. He showed me the outside condenser and how the coils had dust and debris covering them. I remembered it was recommended that I use a hose on it but I never did. So, after seeing it, I asked Khalij if he could clean it and of course he could. He also took the time to explain the thermostat to me and also adjusted it for me. I appreciated how helpful and understanding he was. Khalij is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I noticed how efficiently the air conditioning is working on this hot day.
