Routine plumbing check up.

A great team who did an excellent job of installing my home heater and hot water heater.

I needed some work done on my 10 year old heater and Dylan Buttenbusch came first and ordered the parts and then Khalij Whitaker completed the job. Both technicians were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and highly recommend Donnelly.

Were here sooner than scheduled and efficient

Tom did an excellent job on installing an electric monitor near my washing machine to alert me of a possible leak, but also will turn off the water to prevent further damage. I had not heard of this type of monitor before so I found this extremely helpful. As always, Donnelly has proven to be an excellent resource for my homes safety. Thank you. Richard Greco

Was referred to Donnelly from a family member who is more particular than I am . James communicated with me the day of the scheduled appointment and showed up on time. Throughout the process to replace my hot water heater, James took the time to educate me and provided me with several options in doing so I was able to make a decision and James was able to quickly procure the tank and complete the installation very quickly, and professionally.

Daniel was amazing. He was very professional and explained what needed to be clearly. He was not pushy or acting like he’s a salesman in anyway. He ran out to get parts and quickly returned and finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. He was very kind and courteous! I highly recommend him to do any job.

Oscar was very pleasant to talk to and, more importantly, he spent time making sure everything was hooked up right and the appliances were working properly. He was very punctual and made sure to clean up after the job was completed. I am going to use Donnelly’s for every future plumbing work…and I’m going to ask to send Oscar, if possible.

We had some water issues in our basement near the sump pump so I contacted Donnelly’s who is my go-to. Nick Lenzi arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and explained the issue for a layman like me, and identified a menu of options, mindful of my wallet but also of the long term maintenance needs for our home. Once we landed on the repair plan, Nick began executing what needed to be done quickly and efficiently all while explaining what he was doing along the way. In addition to the quality craftsmanship, Nick was a pleasure to have in my home with easy casual conversation while also being mindful of our property and my time while working from home. I would gladly welcome Nick back for future plumbing projects.

He even saved me from an appliance repairman visit because he was right, my high water pressure was causing the problem with my water dispenser in my refrigerator! I own half a double, we were grandfathered in with a shared lateral. My basement flooded with sewage back in September, we found the whole lateral needs to be replaced. The township did the ran a sewer extension to allow connections. However the landlord of the other side has been dragging his feet, because thats how he is anything that he needs to fix or repair is months long, his gutter fell off the week before Easter, he fix it till July. Donelllys has been amazing in helping keep the sewage out of my basement until the slumlord next door gets his lateral detached. If he doesn't do it by December 26th the water gets shut off

I had no problem with the tech, he did good work, my problem is that I had a window of 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the tech did not show up until 5:00 p.m. periodic updates would have been appreciated, I had to cancel plans I had for 6pm because of this inconvenience.

Great Experience! It’s hard to say things like that when you are looking at a major repair so close to the holidays. Derrik was awesome! He immediately gave us confidence in him. Response time was phenomenal! We called on a Sunday, for emergency work and it was completed by Tuesday. All of the crew members communicated with us at each step and were a pleasure to work with, we cannot say enough good things about their work ethic. Great company for your emergency situation! Duane answered all my questions in terms i could understand. Very helpful and professional. He got right to the job the moment he arrived. This was a checkup for my heat system so it didn't cost anything. He offered tips of how to utilize my system. I would recommend Duane for any heater service calls. Joe was quite good and thorough. He was able to shut off the water and install the new pressure release valve so we didn't have to rely on the unreliable water company tech who didn't show a couple of days ago. Joe also trouble shot a persistent pressure problem with my kitchen faucet. Checked a couple of potential sources in the faucet with no answer yet. Will return to check a valve source. Have confidence in Joe and look forward to his return, answer, and fix. .

Robert arrived to do my heater inspection. He was very efficient and pleasant. As my heater is fairly new, he only had two professional recommendations which were not urgent. I would recommend him and Donnelly going forward.

Donnelly's is our go-to place we need something fixed. George the technician was absolutely amazing! We've been having issues off and on for the past year and George was able to figure out what it is and it's running smoothly. My father has Alzheimer's and he can't hear and George was extremely patient and kind with him and took the time to explain everything to my father and to us. I appreciate his explaining every step of the process. 3/11/25 Kevin McCullough performed a thorough check of my air conditioning system and explained everything he did in easy to understand terminology. Excellent job, Kevin! 12/3/24 I gained a real appreciation for the value of an annual plumbing service check as I experienced my first one last week. James Bernier walked me through the process and explained what he was looking for as he inspected each item. Today he returned to install a brand new water softener system to combat the issues my extremely hard water has been causing to all my appliances that use water. During installation, he discovered and repaired a leak in the main water pipe that would have certainly caused imminent damage and expense had he not identified the problem. Thanks so much, James! You’re the best! Feb 2024 James Bernier did an excellent job replacing my failed main sump pump and its backup battery. November 17, 2025 We had Tom Gardner install a frost-free hose faucet in our garage. We have asked for Tom for several years to do any plumbing repair and for our annual plumbing checkup. We were very pleased with the work he performed for us today. He did a great job for us. October 30, 2025 Joe Fletcher performed our annual heating system check and my wife and I were very pleased and impressed with this young man. He was very personable and thorough and we continue to be very happy Donnelly customers. This is a first-rate company. August 19, 2025 We requested Tom Gardner to help us solve a loss of water pressure issue that had the potential to become a serious. When he arrived he quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem and offered an affordable solution that eliminated the problem. I feel sure that Donnelly’s has great plumbers and HVAC technicians, but we alway ask for Tom for any plumbing inspection or need. He is exceptionally skilled, honest, kind and very thorough. I always feel confident in any plumbing suggestion he might make for our home because my wife and I trust him completely. With a cold snap approaching we wanted to be sure our equipment was working. Natajia (I think I got the spelling of her name right) took the call and although only two technicians were on duty on Saturday, managed to get us on the list for that afternoon. She was really great. Justin Cooper came out, quickly diagnosed the issue (it was not a major one) and took care of the problem in about 15 minutes. We were very thankful and appreciative. Justin was very knowledgable, explaining in detail to my wife and me the problem and how he fixed it for us. The heat was back on with no further issues. We have had a service contract with Donnelly's for many years and we have recommended Donnelly's to our friends and colleagues without reservation. September 17, 2024 Domingo Clendaniel serviced our heating system to get the house ready for the winter and once again, we could not be more pleased with the services he provided. I have had the privilege of using Donnelly’s for several large and small projects all of which they have excelled in service. I will never use another company to handle my plumbing or HVAC projects. I needed the gas line behind my new stove shortened so that it would sit flushed against the wall. Dylan was great. I called Donnelly's for some pipe work in my basement at 10AM, and they were at the house 40 minutes later. Technician Shane worked with me to find the right solution and the right price, then completed the work right away. He went over and above to get the job done right, and the way I needed it.

Robert was great! Was out within a couple of hours and fixed things quickly and affordably. Also didn’t mind curious kids running around!

The technician, George, was very good. He was quick and efficient and left the area perfectly clean. Helped with a filter issue and explained something regarding how to best use humidifier I did not know about.

No heat. No problem. They came out within six hours after I called. Fixed the problem. Now I’m toasty warm!

We have used Donnelly’s for several projects in the past and would continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs. Robert, who handled this job for us arrived when expected, explained what needed to be done, and gave us what the cost was going to be. He completed the job thoroughly and in a reasonable time frame. The service tech was fine. My issue was that my appointment was for 8:00am-9:30am, and received a call at 8:52am advising that my appointment should not have been made. The tech will be out at 11:00am. Would have liked to have known this issue before the original appointment time.

Donnelly's is a real good company. We had Donnelly's come out and evaluate our heating furnace. Brandon did a wonderful job on diagnostics and gave solid, honest advice. We also had their electrical service (new to Donnelly's) used to give input on how to improve our system. Joe did this work and was also phenomenal. Donnelly's is solid.

Nicholas R. took the time to explain the problems with the hot water heater, the water softener and patiently showed me how to prevent future problems. Plus he explained that the softened ceiling was due to wetness and not a continuous leak and didn’t take on a job that was not necessary, saving me a lot of money. We've been having issues off and on for the past year and George was able to figure out what it is and it's running smoothly. My father has Alzheimer's and he can't hear and George was extremely patient and kind with him and took the time to explain everything to my father and to us. As a feature of my Comfort Protection Plan, I just received a free plumbing inspection. Tom inspected all plumbing and made recommendations that were really helpful. He quickly replaced a flush valve flapper and the cost was really reasonable. I had a few questions, and he provided detailed answers. I am so pleased with the service I have received from Donnelly’s. Duane and Matt for ac and now Tom for plumbing—all great! Also, everyone in the office is helpful, too! Nov 7: Adding to my above review, Joesph Fletcher just inspected my heating system and spent time making sure all radiators are properly warming and the system is in tip-top shape! Great service!

Donnelly’s provided exceptional service from start to finish! I called them during an emergency flooding situation, and they had a team at my home the very same day to fix it. The next day, they performed a camera inspection that revealed an issue with the outdoor sewer line that could cause the problem to recur. They came back the following day to fix it. The repair process required obtaining a township permit and passing an inspection, which Donnelly’s handled seamlessly. Everything was completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Throughout the entire experience, every person I dealt with, including Dan, Mike, Joe, and the kind person who answered my initial call, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The team members who worked inside my home were respectful and careful. I appreciate their quick response and high-quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Donnelly’s again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services!

We had a wonderful experience with Shane Galvin. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and upfront with us. He answered any and all questions we had and was very helpful. He was extremely considerate of our home and not only made sure to leave any mess to a minimum, I think he also may have left our house slightly cleaner than it was when he arrived. He did an absolute stellar job, informed us of everything he was doing, and we couldn’t be happier with the work he did. If we ever have more plumbing issues, which I’m sure we will, Shane is the only plumber we want. Five stars are all around!

Donnelly”s just st an installed a new gas furnace and a smart thermostat. Their entire team, from George the The initial service man who detected the problems with my 20-year-old furnace to Eric, who took us through the sales process to Jeff who installed the furnace we’re all professional and informative making sure that we understood all the alternatives before making a decision. Jeff, the installer did an immaculate job and make sure that we understood exactly what we needed to do in order to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house. It was a pleasure dealing with all of them

Oct 2025 - Tony Reyes came out to do a hearing system inspection. He was professional and polite. He advised on 2 improvements which I put under consideration for later. I am gun shy now. Oct 2025 - they returned to correct the original plumbing issue and it was a quick solve which made me question my prior spend of $2k. Sept 2025 - I had a plumbing issue with a toilet and they came out and I ended up paying for $2k of repairs resulting from my subpar builder but was told it caused the issue I was having. All of the repairs however did not resolve my original issue. 😐 July 2025 - Justin Henry came out to perform an AC inspection. He was on-time, courteous, and thorough. I now know about possible upgrades I can add to my systems but also that my AC is good condition. Holding at 4 stars. March 2025: Joseph Garber came out for a plumbing inspection which is a covered service for the $20/monthly fee I pay. He was professional, personable, punctual and just nice. All of their service reps should have some of the “P”s listed above. Adjusted my review rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Jan 2025: Horrible experience with the last service visit by Kevin McCullogh. He arrived without a service appointment while I was at work but my son was at home. My son let him in to do the work when he couldn’t reach me at work. The service was done well but it was an hot mess with the payment. I had to call the main office from work to make arrangements. All of this made my son late for his college class because none of it was planned. Not the experience I am used to. Disappointed and I am doubting using them for another service I was considering.

The team of 3 that was here to replace my sewer line were extremely confident in what they were doing. They kept we well informed and worked very well as a professional team. They were polite and workmanship was wonderful. All was cleaned up before they left. I would definitely use this crew again no doubt. Give them 5 stars for sure.

I needed a new HVAC system for my townhouse. After doing my homework, I ended up going with the same company I’ve been using for my regular maintenance for the past 11 years. Donnelly’s. Heating and Air, I’ve always had a good experience with them and their pricing was exactly what I was looking for. Wade came to my house and went over all the options with me and two days later the crew came out to do the installation and all went in perfectly. Overall great experience.

Shane did a great job today! We were in a jam with both our main and backup sump pump failing and the water starting to overflow the sump well. He was super professional and efficient. Very happy with the result. Shane saved our finished basement.
