I was surprised that the guys didn’t get finished till 10:30 at night. Part of the reason is that we have zone control dampers, which added more work. I don’t like that each zone has a thermostat and not just a sensor.

He quickly assessed the issue, made clear recommendations, and then expertly performed the necessary repairs, ensuring everything was correctly reinstalled. While he was here, Tom also provided valuable recommendations for a new water softener and a replacement garbage disposal. What stood out was his complete lack of pressure; he simply offered information and options, which we truly appreciated. We ended up moving forward with most of his suggestions and now have clear information for follow-up on the other items. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Nick came to my home today to replace our water heater. Nick is excellent!!! He explained everything to me before he started. Quoted the price while giving me options. His work is outstanding!! He was very clean and labeled everything for me. He explained the valves at the end. Which is very helpful. I could not be happier with this very professional outcome. In closing, the entire time Nick kept the building code in mind to make sure if I ever had a home inspection there would not be any problems. What plumber does that? Thank you Nick.
