Very impressed. Bobby try to unclog my drain multiple ways but it wouldn't unclog. Rather than push me toward the more expensive solution he suggested an alternative and if that doesn't work he gave me a quote for having to cut pipes,etc. Very impressed that he's trying to save money. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional.
