Five Stars. I recently had a sewer lateral repaired/replaced. From the start, Mike explained the process. He was also more than willing to help with the insurance claim and answer any questions along the way. Joe and his team did a commendable job. They worked long hours, with temperatures in the teens, leaving the site as they found it. Both Joe and Rob each provided details about the reason for the problem and asked if I had any additional questions. The entire team was professional and accommodating. Great job everyone.

Brandon came within a few hours of my appointment. He diagnosed my heating issue almost immediately. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and explained my options clearly to solve the problem. Excellent service!

REVIEW FOR Duane Reddie and Robert On Jan. 27, we discovered there was no heat upstairs and the thermostat showed no data whatsoever. My wife's office is on that floor and really cold. We called Donnelly and Duane Reddie came a short time later to evaluate the situation. He quickly determined that the uV lights had "fried" the lines leading to the main furnace circuit board. Duane showed me some of the lines which were all discolored, brittle and falling apart. He said that the circuit board needed to be replaced and new lines strung to the thermostat. He said he would be back the next day with the necessary supplies. Before he left, he brought in a safe heat space heater for my wife's office. Very considerate! On Jan.28, Duane returned with the appropriate supplies and was joined by Robert to help speed up stringing the lines. After about 2 hours the job was complete and everything was operating OK. Duane is endowed with a sharp mind and is able to diagnose issues quickly. He also has a very outgoing personality and a wonderful sense of appropriate humor! Please send Duane again for future HVAC needs! I would give him a rating of 11 out of 10!! And thanks to Donnelly for being able to respond so quickly in this bitter cold weather. Clark Carpenter

Our water heater stopped working. I called and had a plumber to the house in no time, who diagnosed the issue and fixed a difficult issue efficiently. All of the work was explained to me and we are very happy with the results.
