James arrived promptly on a brutally hot holiday. He assessed our equipment, attempted to repair 2 very old central air units and made us aware of cost and potential for failure ahead of time. We appreciated his willingness to work with us and do what was necessary to resolve our AC issues.

Called Donnelly's when my air unit went out with 100 degree weather. They came out the next day. Erik, our service rep, called that morning and let us know he was on the way. He was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed our split air system and told us about their service plan as well. We are extremely happy to be getting cool air again. Thank you, Erik, and thank you Donnelly's!!!

Our air conditioning failed on the Thursday before July 4 weekend, as temperatures were going over 100. Nafeese Taylor and came out late in the day and stayed until nearly 9 making repairs and adjustments to one unit. He worked incredibly hard in incredible heat, and was friendly and professional. Dan Hanson joined him at 7 to help arrange replacement of the other unit next week.
