T J was on time, efficient, and very thorough. He was here to do the annual maintenance on our heater. He answered all of my husband's questions and offered some suggestions. Will continue to use Donnellys. This is part of our annual contract.

Luke did a great job inspecting my plumbing and replacing the piping. He explained the need for the replacement and was very professional and thorough in his approach. Great job!

Service was wonderful. This was just an overall semi annual inspection of our new heating system. All went well and service as usual was great! Service provided was very efficient and heating system is good to go this winter... The Service Rep was prompt and completed the job fast providing guidence on how to get and install filters... He is an excellent technician and hard worker!

Dylan provided exceptional professional service. Scheduled emergency visit for leaking water pressure gauge in our basement which he was able to repair w/in few hours. Since I was impressed, asked for his expertise on a serious hard water buildup on water heater - was able to schedule "next day" service to replace w/ tankless water heater + water softener! Would highly recommend!

Dylan provided professional service in flushing tank less water heater. Reminded tankless water heaters need maintenance checks every 1-2 yrs.

Dan Kritzer and his team did an excellent job. A frame install very professional. Refrigerant lines neatly run. Lines and electrical secured and tie- wrapped. Exits to outside neatly caulked. Dan and his team conducted themselves professionally during the entire install. Dan explained system operation thoroughly to myself and my wife.I highly recommend the Donnelly team.
