Bob was punctual, and met me with a smile. Introduced himself and basically went to work on the problem I stated to him. About forty minutes later he described his findings to me and we came to a decision as to what wound be done. Very happy with Bob and Donnelly HVAC.

Was referred to Donnelly from a family member who is more particular than I am . James communicated with me the day of the scheduled appointment and showed up on time. Throughout the process to replace my hot water heater, James took the time to educate me and provided me with several options in doing so I was able to make a decision and James was able to quickly procure the tank and complete the installation very quickly, and professionally.

Daniel was amazing. He was very professional and explained what needed to be clearly. He was not pushy or acting like he’s a salesman in anyway. He ran out to get parts and quickly returned and finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. He was very kind and courteous! I highly recommend him to do any job.
