I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris Vangas, a Generac subject matter expert with Donnelly’s Plumbing, Cooling, Heating & Electric, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience.

Chris quickly and efficiently diagnosed multiple issues with my relatively new Generac unit, which powers my entire home. He arrived prepared, knowledgeable, and fully equipped to assess the situation. What impressed me most was his ability to take a very complicated system and break everything down in a way that my family and I could understand. He carefully evaluated multiple components, including the safety valve, gas supply, and operating levels, and explained why each detail mattered to the safe and reliable operation of the unit.

These systems are sophisticated and complicated, but Chris’s attention to detail, professionalism, and leadership immediately earned my trust. He was spot-on in identifying the issues and demonstrated the kind of expertise and ownership that you hope to find when someone is responsible for a system that is critical to your home.

Chris promised to return the following day, and he absolutely delivered. He worked for hours in 97-degree weather until the project was completely finished. That level of commitment says a great deal about his character and dedication to his customers.

Chris is a tremendous asset to Donnelly’s. In fact, moving forward, I have decided to have Chris handle my annual preventive maintenance as well. I know my Generac is in good hands with him.

My experience with Donnelly’s overall has also been exceptional. Everyone I have encountered has been terrific, from the professionalism of the business to the technical expertise required to service today’s state-of-the-art equipment, including my smart HVAC system. It is clear that Donnelly’s takes pride in its people, its workmanship, and its customers.

Chris exemplifies excellence. His knowledge, attention to detail, work ethic, and willingness to make sure the job was done right truly stood out to me. I look forward to seeing Chris again at my next preventive maintenance appointment and would highly recommend him and Donnelly’s to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy!
