Technician was extremely knowledgeable and kind . Located the problem and fixed it. Would highly recommend Donnell’s for anyone needing service.

Caleb arrived on time. He told me what he thought was wrong.He told me how much it would be if he was right.He also told me how much it would be if my disposal had to be replaced.

Had an AC system replaced. Price seemed reasonable. Techs Josh and Jeff arrived on time, were friendly and professional and went right to work. Starting outside and then working in a tight attic, they did not stop until system was completely installed. Job was thorough and well done. Weather has been cool so haven't had to use the AC but it sure looks nice. Very satisfied.

Water heater failed at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and we had it replaced before 7:00 pm. Great service by Donnelly's.

5/1/26 Shane gave great service, was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer my questions. He worked hard installing a water softener and carbon filtration system and really cared about the work he was doing. 10/19/26 Art did preventative maintenance on my air conditioner. He was amiable, efficient, and explained everything! He was a pleasure to work with. 10/8/25 Tony did preventive maintenance on my heater. He was efficient, explained everything, and had a nice demeanor! 5/13/25 Joe did preventive maintenance on my plumbing. He was pleasant, did a great job, and explained everything. I was glad to learn that each sink has its own turnoff knob, which I hadn’t known before! 4/21/25 Robert provided great service. He has a nice and professional demeanor. He did routine maintenance on my air conditioner and explained everything too me. 11/24/24 Joseph provided excellent service. He extended a sewage clean out pipe, and promptly arranged for a serviceman from Donnellys sewage department to come out the same day to check on a different issue with the pipe. As he did when he performed my plumbing maintenance a few months ago, he explained everything, answered all my questions, had a professional and pleasant manner, and was so great to work with! 11/24/24 Bobby hydro jetted a pipe and cleaned it out successfully. He was professional, nice, explained everything, answered all my questions, and promptly arranged for another serviceman to come out the next day to take video pictures of the pipe! 11/24/24 Mike checked the condition of my pipe with video, was pleasant, professional, explained everything , and answered all my questions. The whole process of dealing with this sewage pipe issue was made seamless for me from start to finish because of Joseph, Bobby, and Mike! 11/11/24 Caleb replaced a hose bib and explained everything he was doing. He was a pleasure to work with and did a great job! 11/3/24 Nick did a great job. 8/8/2024 Joseph did a routine plumbing check, flushed my water heater, and located my sewage clean out that was hidden by grass. Joseph is the best -he explained everything, had a nice and professional manner, and was a pleasure to work with! 8/1/2024 Justin did routine maintenance on my AC. He had a nice and professional manner! 3/5/23 Tom gave great service. He cleaned out my shower drain, explained everything, had a nice manner, and gave me advice on how to prevent a re-occurence. 11/17/23 Joseph was great showing me tagging the correct levers to turn off water. 11/17/23 Rob did my heater maintenance and provided great service as usual! 8/24/23 Rob did my air conditioner maintenance. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and explained everything he did. Great job!! 8/4/23 Bobby Burkle replaced my water heater, garbage disposal, and fixed a few other things. He was professional, pleasant, and explained everything he was doing!! Also, the people answering the Customer service and other lines at Donnellys are always so nice and helpful!! ————————————————— Kevin was professional, pleasant, patient, thorough, and explained things to me every step of the way. I am so glad that I signed up with Donnelly's -- from the person answering the phone (this time it was Patty) to the technician sent to my home, the service has been the best!
