I want to take a moment to recognize four outstanding professionals from Donnelly's Plumbing, Heating & Air who truly exemplify teamwork, expertise, and customer care: Nafeese Taylor, Eric Jann, Eladio Torres, and John Mayor.

When our upstairs heating and cooling system failed during the Fourth of July weekend—while temperatures in the Philadelphia area exceeded 100 degrees—this team stepped up in an extraordinary way.

Nafeese Taylor was the first to arrive and quickly identified multiple issues with our existing system. He thoroughly inspected both the outdoor unit and the attic equipment, then clearly explained the problems in a way my family could easily understand. What impressed me most was his genuine concern for our well-being, especially considering the medical concerns within our household during such dangerous heat. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Nafeese immediately contacted Project Manager Eric Jann. He also went the extra mile by bringing us a portable air conditioner to help keep our family safe until a permanent solution could be installed. That level of compassion and professionalism meant more than I can express.

Eric Jann arrived within minutes to assess the situation alongside Nafeese. Together, they evaluated the system and developed the best path forward. Eric carefully explained our options, recommended a reliable long-term solution, and made sure we understood the benefits of investing in a new, dependable system. The teamwork between Eric and Nafeese was exceptional, and they set the entire project in motion with professionalism and urgency.

Once the new system was selected, Eladio Torres and John Mayor took over. Their technical expertise, work ethic, and attention to detail were nothing short of outstanding. They spent hours installing a sophisticated new smart heating and cooling system, working tirelessly to ensure everything was installed correctly and operating at peak performance. After completing the installation, they took the time to walk us through the new system, explain how everything worked, and answer every question we had. Their knowledge, patience, and commitment to excellence were truly impressive.

Together, Nafeese, Eric, Eladio, and John demonstrated what outstanding customer service and teamwork look like. Each of them showed professionalism, leadership, technical expertise, and genuine care for my family's comfort and safety. They are tremendous ambassadors for Donnelly's Plumbing, Heating & Air and tremendous assets to the organization.

This was very strange. The plumber started by saying the job would cost $1,760 to remove an old kitchen faucet and replace it with a new one. I declined the offer and he commenced negotiation. Final job was $860.

Samuel came to do my new electrical evaluation of the system in my townhome. He arrived right on time, respected my home by covering his shoes. I told him my one concern and he got right to work. It was apparent that Sam is very knowledgeable about electrical systems. He first checked my electrical panel. He explained why some of my outlets looked they way they do; I asked him to fix that. He checked all outlets and switches, replaced some bulbs and offered a solution to some of my ceiling lights. He was very helpful because I was unaware of things electrical. I am very concerned about safety. My former home was hit by lightning so I am aware that things can happen. He informed me that a whole house surge protector was available so I had him install that. I feel like another level of safety was added. Thanks, Sam and Donnelly's.

Nafeese was super helpful in checking out my AC unit during an annual inspection. He was able to show pictures and actual parts to identify what needed to be fixed and recommendations on how to prolong life of the unit. Definitely will be using Donnelleys and Nafeese specifically again.

Jeremy installed my new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. He listened to all my preferences, did immaculate and very clean work and was respectful and kind.
