Just had service from Donnelly plumbing. The plumber was FANTASTIC. He spent time explaining the softening system and how it works. He was very thorough. He explained everything he was doing. Overall a very good experience. Donnellys does it right.

Anthonie called me 15 minutes after I called to have someone come out. He was friendly, thorough and had the work done in no time.

All of your technicians who helped my family this year were professional and never stopped working. We especially want to praise your team of two young men who worked for over seven hours to install a new air conditioner unit at our house yesterday. My husband and I are almost 80 years old, so we are appeciative to have our air con restored after two hot days with our house in high 80°Fs heat. Thanks to the two technicians for faithfully installing our new air conditioner yesterday!

I am very pleased with the recent service. Jihad was very thorough in his troubleshooting of the issue. He very clearly explaned what the issue was and took care of it that day. It was a very bad time to lose A/C but Jihad got the issue resolved quickly. Thank you Jihad and everyone at Donnelly's!

Timely arrival after notice that tech was on his way. Gave estimate before doing any work after diagnosis.Also, had the part in truck that was needed to fix my problem ! Not temporarily, but fix it !! Control pad gave them description of where the problem was. This is a 10 year old system, and aside from 6 month seasonal inspections has only needed 2 minor wearable items replaced/ repaired after warranty.
