Nafeese Taylor did a great job today fantastic great service

This was my annual summer heating system checkup. Nefeese was my technician. He was a very skilled young man. I appreciate how he explained things to me clearly! I truly like the service he provided and the Pat patience he had with my questions. Nafeese is the reason I like Donnelly!

I am on comfort plan and get regular check ups. AC checks for summer2026 was great. Amir was the technician performing the service. Service from Donnelly’s is always pleasant and great!

The Donnelly team came out on WED for an AC check. After 18 years the AC unit outside was leaking and the coils inside with my heater needed to be replaced. They showed me all of the test results and pictures of the damage. Luckily my heater was still in excellent condition. They sent a team out on THU morning and by the end of day had replaced my external 5 Ton AC unit and all of the ducting and exchanger coils inside. At the same time I asked them to repair my water softener and add a carbon filtration unit. They did it all in a single day and did a professional installation job and provided great service at what I thought was a reasonable price. Cudos to their team! I am one VERY SATISFIED Customer!

We were recommended to call Donnellys from friends. I expected an appointment to just get a quote and schedule later. Their employee showed up, understood the work I was asking for, provided me a quote and was able to replace my water heater and pressure valve in the same visit. The efficiency was appreciated as I had scheduled the day to work at home and didn’t need to stay home another day for the work to be completed.
