I needed a water line break repaired leading to the supply line of a toilet. My house is over 120 years old so the plumbing is ancient. I called Donnelly and spoke with their service agent who was polite, informed and able to offer same day service . My Plumber Nick arrived promptly , was polite, efficient and highly professional. He wore booties when entering the house. He quickly determined the problem, documented with photos . I agreed to the repair quote. Nick was very careful to replace copper piping, clean and carefully connected a new t valve and then allow the pipe to cool before re opening the connection. Success !! I was very pleased with the quality and professional results. Pricing was a bit high but quality and timely result made it worth while .

A very satisfactory experience. The tech, Shane Galvin, was clear laying out options and costs enabling me to make the best decision selecting the optimal solution. He implemented the fix, tested it for performance and left a satisfied, smiling customer. Highly recommended.
