        I called Donnelly’s Plumbing, Cooling, Heating on a Thursday afternoon for an emergency exterior gas line repair. They gave me a free quote and scheduled the work for 9am the following morning to ensure I would not be without gas for the weekend. Travis, the technician who prepared the quote was also the tech who arrived on time and completed the repair. He was pleasant and professional. He called when on his way and upon his arrival to my home. He also took time to explain everything he did. While I had hoped to get the work done cheaper I have peace of mind knowing the job was done well.

        Good Experience with Donnelly’s, from the initial service call, prompt estimate was provided in person same day. The Installers were professional, courteous to our home, worked diligently and was an overall impressive experience from start to finish.

        Had a cracked pipe and a tree root n the pipe which created a sewage smell in my laundry room. Had to dig up a portion of my lawn to replace the pipe and remove the tree root.Very punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. Workers were courteous. Seemed to me to be a bit pricey but generally pleased.
