        This is Jim Bridgewater and Jim O'Donnell was here today to check on a sewage back up causing us not to be able to drain any sink or flush any toilet. We noticed the issue this morning, and Jim was here by 10:00 am. Jim immediately investigated the issue and determined what needed to be done, and got it all fixed prior to the impending winter storm. Jim was able to clear out a clog in our sewer line 50 ft. outside our house and get everything working again. Jim was VERY knowledgeable and personable and kept me informed about the cause and solution needed throughout the whole process. He also set up an appointment for Donnelly to come out and do a sewer line video inspection to ensure there aren't longer range issues with our aging sewage lines. Well Done Jim, and Donnelly's as a whole. I won't call any other plumber.
