        I wanted to edit and update my review for Donnelly's. I have been using them approaching 5 years now and I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service to my homes HVAC and plumbing needs. All the HVAC Technicians and Plumbers have been very nice and professional in their visits and service to my home. They always explain clearly what they are doing and what services are recommended when doing their inspections or repairs. They are always respectful and neat when working in or outside my home. I am also excited about their new Electrical Division and will certainly use them for this service as well for my home. I also want to give recognition to all the support staff (Representatives who answer the calls and the dispatchers) I am very appreciative of your work and professionalism. Thank you Donnelly's for helping in keeping my homes HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems working and running great!!! Today 3/18/26 I had Donnelly's come out for a Fill valve issue with my toilet tank. Plumbing Technician Nick Lenzi arrived at my home very friendly and professional. During the repair Nick noticed another issue which could have turned into a more serious concern and explained in detail what his recommendation was to fix the issue. Nick worked meticulously and with an obvious skilled knowledge of plumbing repair. Nick was neat and respectful of my home and I am very grateful for his great service he provided me. I have been a customer of Donnelly's for a while now and would highly recommend them for any of the professional services they provide. My plumbing technician Jeremy was very pleasant and professional today 7/31/26 with the service he provided on my hot water heater. Donnelly's has always given me great service since I have been using them for my home HVAC & Plumbing needs.

        The repair of the non-functioned HVAC systems was done professionally and very promptly. The technician took time to thoroughly explain the problems and what it would take to fix them. The work was completed in half the time estimated.

        We’ve been longtime members of Donnelleys service plan. Every technician we have had has been prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Most recently we had Nafeese and his positive energy and can-do attitude were much appreciated! He never made us feel rushed and was incredibly patient about explaining thermodynamics to a non-engineer! I would absolutely recommend asking for him!

        Our hot water heater died and within two hours, Derek from Donnelly’s was there to help see where the leak was and gave us multiple options to choose a new one. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced. Derek did a great job explaining everything, he was kind, courteous and left my house in a wonderful condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
